Good morning my sweet friends. how grateful I am to have you read my blog today. It is such an honor to be a part of your world. Thank you Thank you Thank you! Today is a wonderful day and I couldn't wait to share some ideas with you all. So it is a known scientific fact that most heart attacks happen on Monday. People dreading their jobs and fearing the massive amount of work to be done that the fear of what is expected of them paralyzes them. This is a fact that leads to many health issues. Because of this global fear consciousness towards Mondays, even people who don't have to go to work feel the fear and pressure from the day. I know this from experience and I have deviced a plan that works to overcome this fear.
Are you ready for this plan?
1. Night before Monday, pray and command your day ahead. Declare that your day is going to be amazing, full of wonderful things and you are going to feel great and energized.
2. Meditate when you get up in the morning and speak powerful words over your life.
3. Study your Bible and actually believe that God is for you and not just for our forefathers and mothers of faith. God is still performing miracles right NOW!
4. Do some form of exercise. Go for a walk or a run. Do something that activates your blood cells and muscles. Shakeoff old stale energy and make yourself receptive to new clean energy.
5. Drink some water and smile!
