THESE REALLY HELPED ME STAY CALM



 Hello wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. Thank you for checking out my blog today. Today is a beautiful day and I am very glad you are here. Welcome to Maryam's joyful life!

We all experience different storms in life and these storms can be overwhelming when we don't know what to do. How do I know this? because I have been there. Here's what you do:

1. Non-reaction

Every storm involves people. There is a lot of noise and there's you being in the middle of it, trying too hard to clear your name or get them to see your point. Just STOP it right now, if that's what you've been doing. You don't need to prove yourself by arguing with them. Let them do what they want. You just don't react. When you choose to not react, you are keeping your power and are able to see things clearly.

2. Focus on your Highest Good

This points to a goal or something you are passionate about. If you have something you are working towards, it excites you and keeps you focused on what you are going and you won't have time to waste trying to get people who have chosen to misunderstand you or lie against you to get it.

3. Protect Your Energy

Draw your energy back to you. When you focus on too many things at a time, you lose energy. You are a mass of energy vibrating at a certain frequency. You always attract what you vibrate to and what you focus on, you merge with.
