GETTING OVER MONDAY BLUE




Good morning, wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. I hope this blog meets you well. Today is a beautiful day and I am always excited to share a blog with you all.

Mondays are usually the most stressful day for most people around the world. Research shows that the most hearattacks happen on a Monday.

I have noticed that even if I do not have work on a Monday, I feel the stress in the air. It is so crazy how this happens. Then this got me thinking. What if I changed my perception of this day and approached it like I would approach Friday, how much difference would it make? Well to my amazement, it made a lot of difference. I find myself filled with joyful expectations during the whole time and I do my tasks with more flair and ease than I did when I had that Monday blues hanging over me.

It is all about mindset and awareness. When we focus on all that we need to do at once, we get overwhelmed easily. However, if we breakdown what we have to do into smaller parts and start with the first and most important task, working our way to the rest, we see that things get easier.

So today, don't look at everything that you have to do as a bulk, look at them as a list of little tasks and get started on the first. Smile while you go about it and it will make a difference. Alright, I'm going back to my other tasks of the day.
