Hello my friends, thank you for checking out my blog today. I am so happy you stopped by. In today's post, I will be sharing on the topic of Emotional healing. It is important that we do purifications of our thoughts and emotions everyday for clarity and peace of mind. Here's a devotional from Pasto Joel Osteen that covers the topic and I will also share a meditation that will help you! Enjoy!
Filter Your Thoughts
I will set no evil before my eyes.---- Psalm 101:3Did you know that what you think determines the direction and quality of your life? The Bible encourages us to think on things that are pure, wholesome and a good report (Phil 4:8). In order to think on the right things, it is important that you filter what you watch, read and listen to. Don't let the enemy slowly deceive you into lowering your standards and desensitizing you to what is good and pure. Don't let him have a single opportunity to pull you down by watching or being involved in things that are questionable.Remember, you are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Fill your thoughts with the promises of God found in His Word- promises of peace, joy and freedom; promises of safety, deliverance and provision; promises of a future and a hope that are only found through Jesus Christ! As you fill your thoughts with God's Word, victory will come alive in every area of your life!Prayer for Today;
Heavenly Father, today I ask You to fill my thoughs with Your thoughts, and fill my heart with Your promises. I choose to focus on You and the good things You have in store for me. I will meditate on Your Word. Thank You for guiding my every action, my every thought and my every step.
The above devotional is from Joel Osteen's book "30 Thoughts For Victorious Living."
Here's a meditation that shows a practical way of breaking and eliminating negative thoughts and emotions from your aura and chakras. Enjoy!

I was ready to eat
Hello friends, thank you for checking out my blog today. I am working on making blogging more consistent than I have been. So here's another piece of my yesterday that I would like to share with you. I hope you enjoy the read!
Yesterday around 10:55 AM, while I was sitting in the truck waiting to attend a review meeting with one of my friends, my stomach started growling! Only those who have had a baby or ever been pregnant can understand what I'm trying to share. I call this type of stomach growl; hunger blows! The hunger blows just hit so hard and I knew then that I had to go get something to eat. Because during pregnancy when the hunger hits, you have to get to up and go eat. You have no time to think about anything or do anything until after you have eaten.
Thank goodness I was near "Eat more Korean Restaurant," located within Nam Dae Mun in Morrow, Ga. I went in and ordered some Korean beef bone soup which came with 3 sides; rice, kimchi and green beans. It cost $15.11 after taxes and it tasted so good.
I sat at one of their empty table booths and waited for my order patiently. For some reason, my belly gave me a break from the blows after the order was placed. It felt like my body knew that food was coming and there was no need making me miserable Lol :)
The restaurant was sparsely populated at the time I got there. I must have been the first in-person customer because I got there at around 11 AM. Shorlty after my arrival, I noticed otrehr customers started walking into the restaurant.
I enjoyed my meal!
While I ate my delicious food, I listened to Napoleon Hill Institute's coaches teach about desire and purpose.
It was quite the time. I don’t remember the last time I did something like this for me. I haven’t eaten out alone in a long time.
This is the video I watched while I ate.
Don't let anyone steal your joy!

What’s preventing you from being successful? Are you feeling stuck? Do you allow others to define your potential? You can’t break through to your next level of success unless you. understand what’s holding you back. The “F”s in life can help us understand how they can get in the way or help you grow your business.
Fear: To be successful in business, we must step outside our comfort zone and move through the fear. Many times, I have come up with what I thought was a great idea but then stopped short of execution when I started to doubt myself. I can remember one specific time when I decided that I would approach some other businesses to see if they would be interested in co-marketing. I reflected on my fears and thought: “What if they reject my idea?” I pushed through those doubts and ended up with positive results with a majority of the businesses that I approached.
Frustration: Not being able to get clients to return your calls or emails can be so frustrating, especially when you have done all the work, found a great package, and now have a limited time to hold the reservation. Change the subject line or express urgency. For a subject line, I like to use “I’ve got fantastic news for you!” Whatever the circumstances are, don’t give up until you feel that you have exhausted all avenues. Then don’t dwell but move on.
Failure: The problem is that we are conditioned to avoid failure at any cost, so we play it safe. We operate within boundaries where success is most assured and avoid difficult tasks because of our fear of failure. I had a note posted on my computer for the longest time that said: “Rejection means nothing to me.” Each time a customer told me no, I looked at that sentence and tried again. I look at my failures as opportunities to improve. What could I do differently the next time? What lesson did I learn? In sales, it’s a numbers game. The more times you try, the more chances for success.
Faulty Assumptions: Eliminate self-created barriers to your success and focus on the facts. Don’t assume that because a client didn’t book their trip with you this time, you did something wrong. There could have been myriad personal reasons that they chose not to share with you. Instead go with the assumption that they will possibly use your services in the future. Thank them for giving you the opportunity. Let them know that you will continue to keep in touch and hope to be able to be of service the next time.
Focus on the Possibilities: Accept the challenge of finding new business, clients and opportunities. But this means getting out there and always trying something new. It can be scary, but also exciting to imagine what can happen next.
Fearless: Getting unstuck requires taking action and having courage. Contact that customer who rejected your last quote. Schedule a meeting with the pied piper who you think you have found the perfect trip for. Take on that project that you’ve been thinking about for the last years. Get yourself a “can do” attitude.
Fortune is out there waiting for you to claim it. Don’t let hesitation about doing something that is out of your comfort zone stop you from achieving it.

What actually happened was the kids and I were taking a picture while he was still sleeping. We woke him up and he said he wanted to be a part of the pictures and then we crowded around him since he was a lazy butt LOL and then took this picture.
And that is all I have for you today!
