Hi guys, welcome to my blog. Today is a beautiful day and I'm excited to share my August recap with you all. The month of August was one for the books! My babies and I embarked on some exciting adventures and we are still talking about them.
One of the main events that happened was me getting engaged! My sweetman got on one knee and proposed to me in Savannah, Ga under a beautiful Gazebo in front of a majestic river. It was dreamy! There was a band playing a few steps away and some people having a picnic on the grass just a few feet away from us, that night. It was truly beautiful!
These first few pictures were taken at the Riverfront Marriott in Savannah, where we stayed!
We witnessed large vessels transporting goods and consigment by the river,from our gorgeous balcony room. It was a beautiful sight. Savannah, Ga has a ton of history for those of you who might be interested in checking it out! We had a blast and have all agreed that we are going back there again. Although we have not decided when yet.
The above picture was taken at Stone Mountain, GA. We went to check it out August 31 and it was an EPIC experience for sure. My fiance found out about a free laser show that was taking place at Stone Mountain and told us about it. We prepared our picnic and took a trip to the place and it was all worth it! We even bought a one year pass to Stone Mountain.
The above picture is from Constitution Lake, Atlanta, Ga. It was quite an interesting experience. We like to hike and checkout nature preserves and lakes around our area and this place was one of the most interesting we have been to yet.
That's my sweetman and my kids checking out a landmark on our trail through Constitution Lake. You find all kinds of doll heads and captions along the way. Check it out if you like that sort of thing.

This picture is from our experience at Tybee, Island. We went there the day after my surprise engagement. The kids had a blast!

So my friend Lily, YouTube Lily Petals World got engaged and I'm so happy to share with you all. Lily is such an amazing, sexy, caring and wonderful mama and I'm so happy for her and Chris. They make an amazing pair and they are wonderful together. I just wanted to share the amazing news with you guys because it is amazing to share good news becaues it means yours is on the way. I have added a few pictures they shared on instagram here also. We are wishing them a very beautiful, peaceful, abundant and lovely union.
