I'M ALWAYS TICKLED FOR DAYS I GET TO SERVE LIKE TOMORROW

Hello wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. How are y'all doing the beautiful February 1st day? I pray you're having a great day today and you're not allowing anyone steal your joy. Welcome to another blog day 😊.
It's been a few days since the last time I made a post but I'm back now! I'm so excited for the month of February. The Lord was amazingly faithful and it was evident in my life family in January. He blessed us with our own home, after years of squatting and homelessness. Isn't God amazing?! He is Jehovah Jireh- my Provider! He promised us last year that this year(2018) will be a year of fulfilment of prophecies in our lives and January was indeed the fulfilment of our #1 prayer request: a home for me and my family. Please help me glorify God because I can't do it enough. He is amazing!

What are you trusting God for this year? What is your most pressing need? I join my faith with yours today-- He will do it for you like He did for me In Jesus Name! Don't doubt His power because He works out miracles according to your faith. Let God take charge of your case today and I promise that you will have your own testimony just like me.

Tomorrow (Feb. 02, 2018) I will be serving breakfast to the homeless at A Higher Calling Inc Homeless Shelter in Griffin, GA. Time will be 7:00 AM and I'm so excited to be going over there again. It will be a great experience as always. My life has experienced a lot of lifting since God led me to start my own nonprofit: Maryam Shumate's Dream Big Corp. It's such a beautiful feeling to be able to do the work of God and experience His touch and direction like I do. I'M FEELING THANKFUL FOR GOD'S MERCY|| NADINE WEST CLOTHES

Hey guys. Thank you for stopping by today. I'm really in the mood to write and I'm loving it. Today is a beautiful day for me. Starting off my day with a long morning prayer to my God, is always a great start to my day. How do you start off your morning?
While I'm writing, am also fixing a few glitches in my mobile phone account and other things. Oh did I already say that I'm typing this post at my dining table, at our new place? Oh boy! I'm still very thankful and it's been almost 3 weeks since we moved. How great is the mercy and provision of God?! I still wake up dancing y'all. I don't know when the butterflies and celebration will faze out for me and to be honest, I'll hold on to it and remind myself daily, of how God miraculously provided for us.
What are you trusting God for today that seems impossible? Take it from me, He cares for you and wants to meet your EVERY need! Give all of your problems to Him and Only trust Him and He will do it for you, like He did for me.

MY LIFE HAS CHANGED|| PLUS PREGNANCY FASHION AND STYLE

Hello wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely friends. How are y'all doing today. I hope y'all are having an amazing day today and I hope you're not allowing anybody steal your joy.... Welcome to Maryam's joyful Blog 😀. Today is a beautiful day to get back into the routine of blogging. You guys, the past 2+ weeks have been very amazing. Settling into our new home, adjusting and creating a routine for us as a family, while  basking in the mercy and divine provision of God have been beautiful.

Oh y'all, sometimes I even forget that I'm pregnant because of the busyness of our lives. I have God to thank for it. His hand upon my life and family is undeniable and I will always sing His praise for it all.
Due to the busyness of my life and the amazing improvements, funds are tight but that has not stopped me from styling this beautiful bump that God gave me. GOD CAME THROUGH WHEN EVERYONE TURNED THEIR BACKS

Hello wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. How are y'all doing today? I hope you're having an amazing day today and I hope you're not allowing anybody steal your joy... Today is a beautiful rainy day. I'm enjoying sitting in my couch (yes, I said my couch y'all 😊). God has done it for me and my family. He has given us our own place and we couldn't be more grateful. He showed up when all else failed.
It is public knowledge that I feed the homeless every month. Because of my work in the community and my commitment to meeting others' needs, I came to expect people to jump to my aide in my time of need but that was not the case. In fact, I experience more adversities and desertion when I have a desperate personal need.
But what I didn't know was God had a plan! Each time someone turned me down, God sent help through other means. He wanted me to know that my help comes from HIM ALONE! I'm very happy to announce that God didn't fail me! I learned during my recent adversity that God wants my attention on Him at ALL TIME!

I don't know what your heart desire is but I know if you trust God with it/them, HE will not fail you. Don't worry about how it will come about. Don't worry about a thing. Just trust HIM. I believe that if He did it for me, He can do it for you.

MAKING DELICIOUS SMOOTHIES OUT OF LEMONS|| ft SHOP PINK MATERNITY

Hi guys. Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you're having a good day today. It's January 3, 2018 and I wanted to make it light and fun. I have decided to make delicious smoothies with the lemons that life has thrown at me. I have also decided to keep my smile and dance through adversities because I have tried sulking, resenting, and feeling sorry for myself but didn't like how they felt. Truth is Life can SUCK sometimes and things do go wrong, sometimes but through it all, when there's life, there is HOPE! This is my mentality now and I'm very INTENTIONAL and DECISIVE about it.
I chose to remove my rose-colored glasses and look at life for what it really is: A battle! While I have decided to keep fighting, I've also decided to do it with a BIG SMILE and with a flare of FASHIONABLE FUN!
Here are a few pictures from a photoshoot I did yesterday. Although it was very cold outside, my photographer/husband did an amazing job!

PREGNANCY FASHION|| STYLE YOUR BUMP WITH PINK BLUSH MATERNITY

Hey guys. Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. Today's post a little different because the secret is finally ou! I'm going to be a mom again... Yay!!!!!!
I reached out to Pink Blush Maternity to collaborate with me and style my bump and they responded with a BIG YES! As part of my collaboration with them, here are three dresses I picked out of their many beautiful maternity dress line.
Dress #1: Navy Striped Ribbed Fitted Maternity Midi Dress

I love this dress because it is stretchy and soft on my skin. It is the type of dress that grows with the bump. I'm a size L or 10.  I think it complements my curves and I felt beautiful rocking this dress.

Dress #2: Black Pleated Short Sleeve Maternity Dress

This dress was the first one that caught my eye and prompted me to contact @Shoppinkblush. It for sure didn't disappoint me. You know how sometimes you see someone wearing a dress and you fall in love with it... then decide to buy same for yourself but it turns out the dress only looks good on that person you'd seen wearing it? Well, this is particular dress is NOT the same. This dress turned out to look wayyyy better on me than I even imagined it would. I believe it would look good on most pregnant women who love this style of dress. I'm a size L or 10 in this dress and I love it!

Just like the previous two, this one is made to stretch with you as your bump grows bigger and that's big money saver right there. You get to look and feel beautiful while your little one is getting bigger.
