Compounding My Pain
how to be happy for a long time. I cried many tears. I tried to stay happy but there were moments
when I couldn’t keep myself from crying and in those moments, I cried my heart out. I want you
to know that it is okay to cry but do not cry endlessly. I often wondered how other people dealt
with a loss like mine, during those moments. I found myself
in a bout of comparison in my head and this compounded my pain.
There were days when I thought about how people might be judging me now
that I had no child, after sharing pictures of my blessing with the world. How would they
view me now that the reason for my joy was gone? I allowed these thoughts in my head,
and they didn’t make me feel better. I know now, in retrospect, that everyone has an
opinion but I don’t have to focus on anybody’s opinion. What people think about your
situation should not bother you in the least bit because this is your experience and you
deal with it the only way you can.
Do not allow people’s perceived judgement to compound your pain. Keep your thoughts
at home with you and refuse to increase your misery with thoughts of people’s perceived
judgement. Know that everyone deals with loss differently and people’s opinion is the least
you should worry yourself about. Dedicate all of your energy to healing. Put out all thoughts
of judgement by praying for God’s peace. Pray that God would take your pain away and give
you joy. Focus on that joy. Although it will take some willpower to focus on joy, in the days
following your loss, you need to make yourself do it anyway.
There are too many people who dwell on what others are thinking about them and it drives them
off the edge. You are reading this book because you don’t want to be defined by your loss. Take
it from me, there’s no virtue in being in pain. Pain happens to all of us but healing is a choice that
is available to us all. There is no virtue in holding on to your pain either. Make that decision to let
go of the suffering and embrace healing. One way I experienced my healing is in letting go of
control. Let God help you.
Read this verse out loud: “In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From
his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears,” Psalm 18:6 NIV
Remember your body is God’s temple and God is always near you.
There’s peace right where you are. God’s everlasting arms are always within reach, to
wrap and shield you. Though your loved one may have transitioned from this earthly plane, give
thanks that they are not scared anymore nor are they bound by the limitations of this world. Know
this and let it make you feel good. Trust that they are happy because they are and yield to the peace
seeking to fill you now.
You may have lost someone in the physical, yet you have gained a closer awareness of the
Creator who never leaves you. God always restores all that the canker worms and caterpillars eat from us. You will be happy again. The sun will shine on you again. Life will be filled with beautiful moments again. You just have to surrender and give yourself permission to be happy. This is a decision you have to make everyday. It is not a one and done deal. Our flesh is programmed to forget about our true Divine nature. That is why we must be committed to remind ourselves daily about who we are.

Here’s What You Will Need:
Egg Noodles(I crushed lasagna noodles for this particular one because I was out of egg noodles)
1 box Chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped
garlic
1/2 a cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
2 medium sized roasted chicken breasts
½ a yellow, an orange and a green bell peppers
½ a tbsp ground black pepper
½ tsp of salt
4 cups of water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon Knorr chicken bouillon
Directions:
In a blender, blend celery and bell peppers together
In a medium sized pot
Add 3 cups of water
Turn on stove to medium high heat
Place pot on the stove and let boil
Add pasta
Cook pasta for 9 minutes covered(make sure to stay close to take lid off when it starts boiling over)
Drain pasta and set aside
Set stove to medium heat
Place empty pot back on stove
Add your olive oil
Let oil heat up for 2 minutes
Add chopped onion and garlic
Let content cook until onion is translucent
Add chopped carrots
Add liquified veggies and stir
Add salt and pepper
Add Knorr seasoning
Stir content
Add chicken broth and let cook for 5 minutes
In a separate bowl, shred or chop chicken breasts to bite size
Add chicken to broth content
Let boil for about 6 minutes
Add your pasta and stir
Let cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Turn off stove and let soup cool for 5-10 minutes
Now you are ready to enjoy your soup!😼

Good afternoon, wonderful, amazing, sweet and lovely people. I hope this email meets you well. Today is a beautiful day with great news. My children and I are officially members of Limitless Church.
On June 27, 2021, my children were dedicated to the Lord by pastor Kimberly Jones also known as Real Talk Kim and her mom Ann Jones. I feel empowered and so loved. I believe in pastor Kim's ministry and so grateful that I am now a part it.
I wanted to be a part of a church of God for a couple of years now because as you all already know, the previous church I attended I no longer want to be a part of. I have come to a better understanding of where I want to be and go and I refuse to be trash. Your life is the average of the five people you are around and I didn't like my life because the people in my life then were not benefiting me. So a change had to be made and I am happy with it.
Now, I have no doubt that I am soaring on Eagles' wings because pastor Kim is a POWER HOUSE!
I am so happy because the difference in my life will be visible soon. I can feel it. I joined the prayer team y'all. God confirmed what I already know about me from Pastor Kim and her Mom. I have the spirit of discernment. So, it is with joy that I choose to be used by God to lead people to Christ and deliver them from HELL. Lord knows I have been delivered from HELL.
Everyday, I intend to bring my senses into everything I do and allow God work in me and through me. There are things I took for granted and overlooked in the past, that God has brought to my attention to not overlook anymore. Let's just say I am putting my intelligence to work.
Today is a great day indeed. I still feel energized from pastor Kim's prayer over me yesterday. I am on fire for Jesus and I am excited for what is NEXT!
My children are sealed with HolyGhost Fire and for this and more, I am grateful!

It is always a blessing to come to you each and everyday. Today is especially special for me. It is another day to be of service through my words of encouragement.
Don't die before you ever get a chance to truly live. You were specially designed to fulfil a wonderful purpose on earth. Don't allow fear of people and failing, keep you from living the life you were meant to live. Don't live your life trying not to die or step on anyone's toes. That's not a way to live at all.
When you focus on not stepping on people's toes, you will step on a whole lot of toes. Your life takes you in the direction of what you focus on. The best way not to step on people's toes is to be yourself and focus on what you want and make a decision everyday to go for it.
Don't worry about who is watching or not watching your every move, just make your move. You just get busy being excited about your goal. Wakeup everyday excited about working towards your goal. You deserve to be happy and prosperous. That is also God's blessing for you.
God is the giver of every good gift. Don't get hung up worrying about who is not pleased with you or who can stop you. Instead, surrender to God and declare God's blessings over you and your goals. Know that NO ONE and NO THING can stop you but you. It is in Your thinking. Start thinking differently.
I truly pray that you live life in the NOW and not in the hope that people may accept and approve of you.
Seeking other people's approval will kill you before your time. Most people don't even approve themselves. Why stake your peace and happiness on others? Change that way of thinking right now and embrace your originality. You are ONE of a kind. I believe in you!

Happy Juneteenth to all my African American people. As the Federal government has acknowledged today to celebrate African Americans, commemorating emancipation from slavery and the acknowledgement of African American culture, we are grateful for the progress.
Although today is significant in many ways, we are still aware of the injustice being faced because of systemic racism and we are confident that, it too shall become a thing of the past. I encourage everyone to expose any form of racial discriminatory acts that are projected towards them wherever they are. I also would like to encourage everyone to see that WE ARE ALL ONE! It is our human flaws and selfishness that have brought separation and classification amongst us. The reason why there is so much suffering is the idea that we have to compete with one another for resources. God's resources are abundant and FREE to ALL!
God's abundance is free to us all. However, we have been brainwashed to think limitation and focus on the outside circumstance, not realizing that whatever we focus on, we feed energy and ultimately cause to increase in our lives. I dare you, my African American friend to focus on the good.
Dear African American child, you are amazing and the child of a King. You were never born to be a slave. You were always free. Now, begin to walk in your power and claim your power. You are free and amazingly so!
Juneteenth is not just a yearly celebration, everyday you take a breath in this Universe of love, you are being celebrated. You are a special kind of royalty. You are everything and more that the evil ones said you weren't. Now go and possess that which belongs to you in every facet of society. You are unstoppable. Nothing can stand in your way. All of Heaven backs you up. Now go! Sweet one, it is YOUR TIME! Shine bright as you go and dance as you move.

Good morning everyone. Hope this blog meets you well. Today is a great day and I am super excited to be sharing this post with you all. Do you know that God is always good?
I am now aware that by our thoughts, words and actions we limit God with our ignorance of the law.
While we live in a world that has limiting laws, we serve a God who is not bound by nature. By nature I mean any insurmountable difficulty you might be faced with right now. There is NO THING too difficult for God to see you through nor transform. God is for you.
For the past hour, I have been declaring that "there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has set ME free from the law of sin and death," Roman 8:2. If there's a difficulty that is proving stubborn in your life right now, I dare you to speak this scripture with conviction over it. You just keep speaking this scripture until you feel peace. There's Power in the Word of God.
God is for you! Remember, the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set YOU free from the law of lack, shame, setbacks, bareness, stagnation, confusion and loneliness in Jesus Name. Amen!

Today, I choose happy. Today, I choose abundance in my thoughts, my actions and activities. I don't know about you, but I make this promise to myself today, that I am choosing to live abundantly in every way.
It may have been difficult up until now, but you are here now. God is for you and this is YOUR DAY! This is MY DAY and it is a gift I choose to receive abundantly and give of myself and talents abundantly. I am choosing happiness today. What about you?
As much as I have lived, I have discovered that your intentions shape your world. Today, I intend to have a wonderfully abundant day!
It is a good day and a good morning. You are wonderful. I had to remind you of that.
As you approach this day, seek first God's Kingdom. Trust in the Lord and commit all that is bothering you into God's hands and give thanks that YOUR GOD has taken care of it. Then go about your day with a heart of gratitude expecting your miracle.
I feel it in my bones. This is a day of many miracles.

So, I want to talk about The Law of Attraction. There's millions of posts about it but seems not many people understand it. The Law of attraction is a secondary natural Law. The Primary law is The Law of Vibration. It states that we attract to ourselves whatever we are in harmony with. Let me break it down further. When you think about a sandwich and hold onto that thought, you will get a sandwich. It is either someone gives you a sandwich or you get that sandwich by yourself. If you still hold on to the thought, throughout your day, you will find yourself listening to people talk about a sandwich and you will also come across pictures of sandwiches.
These are the pennies I picked up earlier.
Earlier this morning, when I went out for a run, I came across a penny on the sidewalk. I told myself that I would pick it up after my first run around the block, if it is still there. Guess what? After three laps around the block, I decided to go for that penny. While I was cooling down with a walk around the block, I found a penny. While I kept walking, I found another penny and then another and another. Before I got to the penny that I had promised myself I would pickup, I had almost 10 pennies and a quarter.
Here's what I understand about The Law of Attraction, you will find what you are looking for if you hold on to the thought and the feeling that you already have it. When you focus on what you want and not worry about how it is going to come to you, you have LET GO AND LET GOD! Each time you let go and let God, you will experience speedy manifestation of the good you desire.
We are tempted to worry about what we don't have, not knowing that we are missing the gift of the present moment. Each time we worry about what we don't have, we are saying dear God, we don't want what we need. Feeling is a powerful force. If you stay with the feeling of gratitude for what you have and what you desire, you will draw more of what you want into your life every single time.
The Law of attraction is a natural law that comes into play when we have a certain feeling about something or someone. If we allow a feeling of hate or resentment, we will attract more of that into our lives.
For those among you reading this, currently going through a financial crisis, try to focus on the amount of money that will take care of your needs. Think about it and give thanks for 90 seconds. Don't entertain any feeling of negativity. Do that as often as you can and I promise, you will notice the difference in your body, consciousness and wallets.

How are you doing today? I hope you are doing well.
Today, I want to share a verse I read with you today. It is from the book of Matthew 20. It talks about an employer giving employment to a variety of people. Some were hired earlier and others later but each negotiation, each person agreed to be paid a certain amount. When they were paid, the ones who came in early were upset that the boss paid those who came later the same amount that he paid them. The boss reminded them that they agreed to that amount.
See, God is just and will give us exactly what we ask for. It doesn't matter how long you have been in the faith. It is the container you bring that will be filled. Please bring a big container if you want big. Secondly, don't ever get jealous of other's blessings. The same God who blessed them is with you NOW AND for you ALWAYS! Just ask and it shall be given.
